What items are returnable? • Full price items within 14 days of receipt of your shipment (Returns must be received by our warehouse within 14 days) • In original condition • Unwashed and Unworn • In the original packaging

What items are non-refundable? • Items discounted 20% off or more are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. • 360 ID tag tampered/removed (learn more about 360 ID tag) • International orders are not eligible for return or exchanges. [ Ineligible returns will not be returned to you. ]

Are there any charges for return? • A €3.50 per return + $.50 per item restocking fee applies if the entire order is returned. The restocking fee is waived if you keep at least one item in your order. • Original shipping charges is non-refundable • Customers are responsible for return shipping charges except for damaged items or wrong items sent
